I have insured my mobile with airtel secure ,, and my mobile got damaged,, I need to submit my claim ,, for which I logged into the application which stops at certain point while uploading the images required for the claim submission,, I spoke customer care they had different answers every time I had called them 5-6 times their answers were
1. Gave me a mail id support@securepalm.com to complain which I did
2 they told me their person will call me back with in few hour and rectify the issue which they never did
3 image size to be matched and uploaded,, it stated less than 4 mb,,all my images were less than that but still were not getting uploaded
4 this time they told me to try it on computer because their app is having some problem while submiting claim , when i tried it on computer it said an unexpected error has occurred our thchnical staff has been automatically notified and will be looking into this with utmost urgency,,
5 time they registered a complaint Service Request No. 31-3989857051338,
