I have recharged 191 rupees from airtel thanks app but recharge is unsuccessful n amount get deducted from my debit card .when i call costomer care they told to recharge again and amound will be refund soon .so i recharged again that recharge is successful.i have waited till the time they hv given to wait but they gave excuses again and again..finally now they are rejecting refund.i want justice and i want my deducted amount to be refund.i hope i get the justice from this platform.thanking you
