DEAR FORUM,
MY AIRTEL PREPAID MOBILE NUMBER HAS BEEN BLOCKED SINCE YESTERDAY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND REASON. AIRTEL CENTRE ASKING THAT THEY HAVE NO DETAIL OF THIS NUMBER WHILE I HAVE BEEN USING THIS NUMBER REGULARLY FOR 14-15 YEARS,
I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT BY IVRS BECAUSE IT NEEDS MY NUMBER AND WHEN I ENTER IT SAYS THAT THIS NUMBER IS NOT EXIST.
SAME ISSUE I AM FACING IN AIRTEL THANKS APP. I HAVE NO WAY TO TALK ABOUT ANY ASSISTANCE.
I MAILED TO SUPPORT (121@airtel.com) BUT STILL NO SUPPORT AND REPLY
I USE THIS NUMBER IN ALL MY DOCUMENTS AND BANKING TRANSACTIONS.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME TO GET MY NUMBER.
