This is just a query.Many retailers in my region (Bhilai, Chhattisgarh) charge 2 to 5 Rupees extra as cooling charges on cold drinks. They do not provide Bill also.
What do you suggest can be done to stop this menace as people still buy since the shop might be the closest to home and they also feel that 2-5 Rs is not much. But, the shopkeeper earns a huge amount illegally.
