ITC Will Navy Cut Overcharging

The dealer of Birbal Store owner at Ghum Bhanjan in Ghum was very adamant on not returning my money as he said the price of Navy Cut has been increased from Rs. 78 to Rs. 88 and he charged my 90 instead when the price printed on the pack wqs for 78. This is clear case of hoarding and we as consumer needs to suffer. Hoping that this forum really looks into the matter
