As per trai rules, I chose my pack and deposited the amount, but Airtel did not activate the pack and kept on charging me more amount costing double the amount. I emailed and called them 20-30 times, but got nothing in response and still being charged more since past almost a month. I want to escalate this and claim the extra amount as well as the harassment I have been through
