hi Team,
i am not get any response from Airtel. i called many time in customer care after complaint but network support close my complaint without any resolution.
i have mail to 121@in.airtel.com. they replied me that they resolve issue by 12 Sep 18 but still i am facing issue.
i am not used my internet data last around 25 day and i got bill around 510 rupee. why i am pay for that service which are not used by me?
and also harsh me mentally. i have lost some important task due to internet not available.
i have done all troubleshoot done shared by Airtel support even i have swap SIM also. one interesting thing happened with me.. retailer of Airtel chase my Plan also from 499 to 299 without informed me. and i lost my 129 GB data also as per Airtel Support team. when i escalate to airtel store's person he told me that plan changed is not effect you internet speed. and activate 2 top up of data 20 GB and 15 GB without informed me. but issue still same.

in bill i got all charges which are not used by me.



please look into this. i am going to attached trail mail send to Airtel and get response from Airtel. we got only response not solution. and still facing problem.

on 11 Sep 18 at morning time for half an hour internet working on my number 9555380240 but after that same problem. no connectivity.

please look into this and provide me the best solution on it.
