I have purchased a caprese hand bag from snapdeal. I found it damaged when received. I immediately made refund request and after retuning the bag, I informed snapdeal cutomer care but instead of resolving the issue they replied that our quality control department says our product is perfectly fine without any documented proof. Moreover again they sent me the same damaged bag. when I am trying reach customer care, the bloody coward snapdeal people blocked my number. I am trying to complain online, but they are saying you cannot return your bag. I already wasted my time a lot on this and this is really a harassment for me to fight for my own money.
