False Promise ordered Cakes & Flowers from the Online shopping site www.keralaflowergifts.com

I am residing at UAE . My brother's wedding anniversary is on 22.Nov.2016. So I have ordered Cakes & Flowers from the Online shopping site www.keralaflowergifts.com for 1455 Rs. on 21.Nov.2016 @ 08:00 AM and the order number is KFG-2011201621964 instructing to be deliver @ midnight 22.Nov.2016 00:00 Hrs. On 22.Nov.2016 Morning 08:00 AM am receiving a mail stating that last night midnight delivery is not possible.
I called the customer service number from UAE through my personal number mentioned and they are saying that today also it is not possible due to some unavoidable circumstances which is a very lame excuse. Today is the ocassion and they are saying that they will deliver tomorrow 23.Nov.2016.
They have advertised on their website that it is Guaranteed Delivery . Also cakes and Flowers will be delivered Same Day . Location is in their A category list.
I want closure of this site or remove the false promises from the site .
I am claiming 10000 Rs as they should not take this lightly by settling only 1500 Rs.
