I had ordered "NOKIA 1110i WITH SAMSUNG 20800MAH POWERBANK" from Bookmyoffer.com on 7/OCT/2016. Order No:80467763103133.

Product was made on 17/OCT/2016 and cash worth INR 1149/- was collected. Product was delivered by ecomm express under shipment number Wbl# 796255474 ([url]www.ecomexpress.in[/url]) and they have collected cash.
The product delivered is fake & not functioning. Product is not of the brand ordered. In fact there is no branding on the product. It claims to be a 20800 Mah powerbank, which does not charge even 10% of my phone. It discharges in less than 10 minutes.
I wrote to bookmyoffer.com on 17/OCT & later on 17/OCT and there is no response received from them till date. Their call centre number (8010001133) is not answered by anyone.
There are several individuals who have been cheated by this website - Pls check facebook page of bookmyoffer.com to see such complaints against this company.
The company is selling fake and faulty products across the country.
I seek your help to apprehend promoters of this company and save other fellow Indians from falling prey to their online offers.
