Dear sir,

Greetings!!

I have purchased a mobile on eBay. When I received it and test I found Mike is not working. I asked refund so that I can buy new Mobile locally.

I tried seller but he never responded my calls. I have done complaint in eBay guarantee. They have promised to get back me within 20 days (minimum 4 days for seller) after 4 days they closed complaint saying that they can not refund. And they have suggested to contact seller.

They also have suggested to use manufacturer warranty.

I feel any one can sell faulty product on name of warranty. I am lodging complaint to hear positive reply from you.
