i have bought LG T7567TEELH Fully Automatic Top Loading 6.5 Kg Washing Machine FROM PAYTM ONLINE WEBSITE.against the order # 1838366900

AS PER WEBSITE DESCRIPTION SHOWN 10 YEAR MOTOR WARRANTY AND 2 YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY. BUT THEY ARE NOW PROVIDING ONLY 2 YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY AND CARD PROVIDED.
10 YEAR MOTOR WARRANTY CARD NOT PROVIDED . MANY GRAVENESS DONE BUT TILL PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED.
