since 25june'2018 no out going call is possible from mobile no. 8472982321, 8472032030. since complain given on 3/07/2018,11/07/2018, 16/07/2018 no corrective action has been taken. the reference complaint no. is COGCL20703264922 on 03/07/2018, COGCL20711270400, CCNOR30711456629 ON 11/07/2018, CCNOR30713340096, COGCL20713347736 ON 13/07/2018.I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM ON ANOTHER NO. 8472032030. ALSO REPLACEMENT OF SIM FOR AIRTEL NO. 8974904414 IS NOT DONE ON THE GROUND OF HAVING NO AADHAAR NO. IN KOLKATA. WHILE CONTACTING TO THE AIRTEL OWN STORE IT IS INFORMED THAT REPLACEMENT OF SIM IS POSSIBLE AFTER 7 DAYS FOR DOCCUMENT VARIFICATION AS I AM FROM ASSAM AND NOW FOR MY JOB I SHIFTED TO KOLKATA. I AM VERY MUCH HARASED BY THE AIRTEL COMPANY. WHENEVER I WANT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER OF AIRTEL THEY REFUSED ON THE GROUND THAT THEIR MANAGER NOT AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE CALL.
