This is Atanu Das.My Postpaid Mobile number is 9073907774 which recently port from Vodafone as per Airtel representative Bandana(+91 90739 29624)told me that Rs.549 rental - Rs.50 discount Rental should be Rs 499+tax and also given from Airtel 7 GB 4G data but after installing My Airtel App amount showing 549+ tax and 3GB data and I also contacted your customer care they also told me the same means 549 and 3 GB..

I several time try to Contact with Bandana but she is not pick up the phone and not resolve any problem from Airtel

My Humble request to Consumer Forum to step necessary action for this..
