As per trail mail, till date we have not received any revert from your side in our payment related issue.
We have done multiple times email & coordinated with customer care but still our problem is not yet resolved.
attached documents for your reference regarding payment ( bank statement , bank letter & rtgs slip with utr number ). but till date we have not received any refund from your side as per your system showing that you are refunded Rs.18042/- on 3rd may 2022 to Sankpal Realty account but this is not reflected in our bank account.
