I made the payment thro' Bill desk & bank also confirmed that payment made to Airtel and they are going on asking payment without giving services from May 2018 being post paid connection.I am being harass & now I have to remove my sim.Being senior citizen I should be Paid minimum 500 times of my payment.customer care of Airtel is not able to do any thing approached several times even visited customer centre .
