Hi,

Sir this is regarding my Complain with Airtel for my refund of INR 11970

This is regarding wrong transaction happened on 31st Dec 2017 for Airtel of INR 11974.00 .There is wrong payment of INR11974.00 is done from my account due to website issue of Airtell while doing payment for my Airtel No 882628233 instead of INR 1197 INR 11974.00 got deducted .On 1st of Jan 2018 I complain in aitel office for my refund they gave me SRH82408528 as per Airtel I will get refund till 12th jan 2018 sir its being a month now neither Airtel is responding my mails nor I am getting any update regarding my complain .NO one is responding In AIRTEL they have just kept the money they are not refunding it now .







Please help sir Please take some legal action now .Its getting to late now,. I have not received any reply from their nodal officer also. Please advise .
