I have sent a packet containing one saree and blouse to Kochi through DTDC Courier AWB No. Z98484736 on 10th September 2016 and till date it has not delivered to the addressee. I would like to put up a consumer complaint against DTDC services.

    I have purchased one item from hyderabad telangana on 29 sept. 2016, a consignment which weights about 10to12 kg and the sender has paid 900 rs which ican show on my receipt.
    Still I have not got consignment.
