Wrong amount deduction

Dear Team,


I am using this number since long.

But from three months and last few days without my concern and notification, my amount got deducted from my balance.

I have neither clicked anything nor dial any number but still my amount got deducted and got a message for subscribing service. I am using feature phone.



Without even my concern why the number got charged in VAS service.

I called multiple times in customer care, but unfortunately did not get any proper response from your side, they said we can't do anything on this. Pathetic service.
