Dear Sir/Madam,
We are your regular customer from approx. 10 years A/c No. 100019903472. We got current bill, It’s highly bill amount, and We already wrote a letter to Idea office Sodal Road branch Ashwani Telecom Jalandhar Dated 27.05.2019 & email them but they Stop our all services. We again visit to Sodal branch office to start the numbers then they told me that you deposit Rs. 5000/- to start the connection & they insure us that they’ll waive off extra bill amount in further bill. We deposited Rs. 5000/- by cheque Dated 07.06.2019 to start the connection & they haven’t started our services within 24 hours, next day they started our one number but a day after that, without any email, phone, information or any further notification they have stopped our all service again.
Sir/ Madam, it’s really disappointing. It’s a sort of disrespect to us as a customer for more than a decade. How a Businessman person can survive Without Internet & calling?
