Rude behavior and not resolving the issues and also looting costumer

I have recharged my phone 500of 699 rupees package for 84 days in vodafone g. But instead of 4g network there is no bar. I cannot make phone calls forget using the net. I have been complaining from last 1 and half months. They are simply avoiding the complaints and always gives a new date. The services provider people talks rudely they said its not their problem.pleas take necessary actions and refund atleast half of my money. Because they cannot solve the problems. They are incapable.
