For the past 4-5 days i have been in touch with there customer support service regarding the network issues. There is no network at all. And then when i asked them to provide me with the details of higher authorities, he refused to do so and disconnected the call. Finally, when i got the email id of there appellate authprity, i dropped an email and she told me that we have passed on the feedback to the relevabt team regarding the customer service and she didnot even talk about my network issue. Then finally when i resorted to Twitter, posted screenshots of the network condition for 3 consecutive days, no calls, no resolution nothing. Then today i raised a complaint withh the National Consumer Forum, and posted the same on twitter, and immediately after that their customer support executive called me to tell that she tried valling me yesterday but couldnot connect. She asked me for an alternate number which i didnot provide. But SHE NEVER ASKED ME. IF THEY DID ASK THEM TO SEND ME A SCREENSHOT OF THE SAME.I will take back my complaint. Instead what happened is that they were not even replying to my tweets and in Direct Message..
I want you to take stringent actions against them beacuse this isnot the first time that i have faced such an issue. It is the case everytime when i have to deal with their company. Shit customer service, patjetic network and no replies and resolutions. Customers are basicay paying them to hear that the customer is at fault and that they will pass on the feedback to the relevant teams. Shame on them.
