ISSUED POST PAID NUMBER BY MISSTATEMENT

I WENT TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED STORE TO REISSUE MY VODAFONE PREPAID NUMBER(8054041913) ON 24 JULY,2019. AN EMPLOYEE OF VODAFONE STORE ISSUED ME POSTPAID NUMBER SAYING THAT PREPAID NUMBER CANNOT BE ISSUED TO ME. I INQUIRED FROM VODAFONE HELPLINE NUMBER.THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO PROVISION. I LODGED COMPLAINT WITH VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE ON 26 JULY,2019. NO RESPONSE HAS COME FROM THEIR SIDE.POST PAID NUMBER IS EXPENSIVE FOR ME.IT IS ISSUED WITH A PLAN WHICH WOULD COST ME AROUND RS 450/MONTH FOR AT LEAST 3 MONTHS.
