I ported my Vodafone number 9674563629 from postpaid to prepaid. I had a pending postpaid bill of Rs169 whose last date was May 4 and I paid it on April 18. Despite my connection is cut from May 3 and when I visited the Vodafone store in rourkela or called the customer care they are misbehaving with me and harasing me saying that your connection will be resumed after 24 hours . I have spent 5 days after that but there is still no connection. I am requesting you to look into this matter and help me to get my money or connection back.
