4G network not available and 3G has worst Internetspeed

Sir/Madam,
I have done complaint to Vodafone customer care regarding unavailable of 4G N/W and also worst internet speed of 3G/2G.
I complaint regarding this on 07/03/2020 (Service Registration No. 3565085776 ) but they close complaint without notifying me.
Again , I filed a complaint on 4G issue dated 15/03/2020 Service Registration No 3567247666 ) but they closed again without notifying and they say 4G is available in your area.

Please ask them
EITHER provide 4G network and extend my validity to compensate the unused Days from 07 March,2020
OR Refund my recharge amount rs 399 which I had recharged on 02 March,2020.
