Sold Diffeceted Mobile, Refuse to replacement and refund too

Hi ,
My name is Sanjeet KumarSingh, I purchased Moto E4 Plus with IMEI No. 356513081110498 & 356513081110506 from Flipkart on 30-July-2017 I got the delivery on 3-August-2017. When I started using phone then I just come to know that the device is defected with multiple problems like….

1. The device started hanging.
2. Touch panel got freeze abruptly.
3. Mobile data get utilized and account balance deducted anytime when WIFI connected.
4. When 4G sim inserted in slot 1 other sim network disappeared automatically.
5. Call does not connect inspite of showing full network in mobile.
6. Battery drains very fast.
7. Basic application not installed like Music Player & Gallery.

I reported to flipkart all the problems I faced with the device. No action taken then I escalated 2 times the flipkart aligned the technician for trouble shot but the issue exist. Then I visited the Lenevo/Motorola Service center at Wave Mall Satyam Communication ambe electronics at Sector 18 Noida Uttar Pradesh on 21st August 2017 I reported all the problems and I surrendered the phone to get it repaired. Today I visited the service center to collect the mobile phone after using of 15-20 minutes again. The Motorola service is horrible and perhaps the worst in the world. I faced the same problem as it was not repaired properly. One more thing I want to bring into your notice that on that day when I visited service center, almost 19 people were there with the same device and with the same issue.
Till the time I did not get any proper or satisfactory resolution with the company.

It’s almost a month I am facing the problems and chasing it with. So, technically my one month warranty out of 12 months of the device and accessories are lapsed without using it.
First of all I am fade up of chasing with the problem of mobile phone.With the service center as well as Flipkart. Why company launched the defected mobile phone in market .
Why should a customer is panelized with a defected product after paying Rs 10,000 for it.
I am very much disappointed with the casual behavior of the company. Why a proper action were not taken yet in last one month?
Now I want a replacement of the device with a properly working and new. If not then refund back my entire money back in my account because I am not in a mood to play with you guys as the company is playing with the credibility and core values of its own.
Now I am fade up of this so I come to you kindly help me out to get my Rs 10000 back or I want a new device. Kindly take action on it.


Flipkart who is involved in promoting and selling the product inspite of knowing that the company is selling defected mobile phones also for cheating and making fraud to the customer.
