मी मारुती कं ची spresso सेकंड टॉप मॉडेल amt ही कार 2019मध्ये स्थानिक डीलर कडून 545000रुपये ऑन रोड किंमत देऊन खरेदी केली मी हे मॉडेल त्यात एअर बॅग सुरक्षिततेसाठी आहे म्हणून एवढी किंमत देऊन घेतली पण आता या गाडीला 0सुरक्षा मानांकन मिळाले आहे सुरक्षा निकष पूर्ण होऊ शकत नसल्याने मी कं कडे तक्रार केली व मला दुसरे मॉडेल जसे की सेलेरिओ, वॅग्नर द्यावे ही विनंती केली त्यांनी खरेदीचा तपशील मागितला त्याप्रमाणे मी तो त्यांना पाठवला पुढे त्यांच्या कडून उत्तर आले नाही त्यामुळे ही तक्रार करतो आहे माझ्या पैशाचा मोबदला पुरेपूर मिळत नाही व सुरक्षितता नाही
