Money Refund not credited by Clear Trip

I have booked a ticket from Vizag to Hyderabad with PNR Y8C3WI, travel dt. 15 APR 2020. But, this got cancelled due to extension of lock down. As per DGCA guidelines refund has been initiated by SpiceJet Airlines and they have processed complete refund on 21 may 2020. As I have booked my tickets through Cleartrip I have to get refund from Cleartrip team. But till date I have not received any kind of refund from Cleartrip. I am unable to contact Cleartrip customer care as their number is not working. I tried to get refund from Cleartrip website and they have given some instructions saying that complete refund will not be possible and refund rules will be applicable as per company's policy. This is a direct violation of DGCA guidelines which clearly stated that complete refund should be processed within 21 days from the date of refund request.
