Complaint SRS TRAVELS regrading Misbehave with customer

Hi ,

I am abhijeet behera and I have booked the SRS Travels bus from chennai to Hyderabad on 4th June 8:00 pm journey from SRS travels Koyambedu as boarding point . Seat no 7,8

I did ask a simple question to the bus attendant who was there to help us .

I asked what is the expected time of the bus to reach hyderbad ?

On this he reacted very pathetically and mishebehaved with me stating that this is not a flight which have arrival time and told me to speak in Tamil and Telugu also poda(get lost).

He started yelling at me continuously. I think I have paid my hard earned money to book a ticket .

I haven’t got it free of cost

I am not sure is this the way SRS handles it customers and behaves with them ?

If this is the way than it is very pathetic

I am sure that no action will against him neither my voice will be heard
