i'm kailash itke, resident of parli-vaijnath ,maharashtra. in january 2018 i booked 1 trip package of experience andaman booking ID-30122.
{http://www.experienceandamans.com} i paid full amount, when i reached port blair they told we not able to confirm your trip on my selected date, else they ask us for any other date / refund amount. i dont find these people faithfull. i asked for refund rs.3800/-.on 21-january-2018, they entirely distured our journey schedule. now during refunding they emailed me will refund in 4 working days. now today its nearly 16 days over they not responding to my emails, telling any irrelevant reasons. i called them so many times and emailed them, but now they are not responding, i have all communication emails. im very disappointing towards their attitude. i want to claim against them for delayed refund and making me disappointed, frustrated and wasting my precious time.i want to fine them with atleast rs.10000/-
