I have booked bus from Chennai to velankanni at 11th August 2023 in universal travel bus services
They picked me from Chennai 30 minutes delay on departure time, bus goes very late and dropped me at karaikal but I was booked to velankanni, they left me on the road with out giving any reason, the driver also fought with me,
The universal travel customer care doesn't answer my phone call, please take action and provide justice to me
