Complaint against Make my Journey for fraud in airline ticket booking

This travel company based in Port Blaire we found on internet for tour package to Andaman islands. After considerable communication with the owner Mr Ron, who supplied us itenary of the tour for 6night and 7days, we finalised this travel company. We approached this man in July '17 for touring in January'18. Such a long generous period of time.
Firstly he failed to provide us air tickets on promised rates. He asked 4000 -5000 rs more per pax for air tickets than actual itenary, which we paid him. Then he supplied us air tickets bought for the group of 30 people, we were only 10 but for discounted rate he booked such a big numbered block of air tickets. After booking 30 block of air tickets he asked us to pay rest money for hotels which we paid him. As we thought everything seems genuine and trustworthy. But we were wrong. As the days passed and date of departure came nearby , he realized that its impossible for him to fill that block, even he could not sell it to other agent. Now his second mistake he cancel the whole 30 tickets 3,4 days before departure date to avoid penalty. After doing this Mr Ron provide us wrong information that the airline company I.e. spicejet cancelled your tickets. Which was not true at all, we contacted air line later to cross check this matter, their database is not showing any group booking on our names. The tour manager reschedule the air booking, we never ever asked for it as we were preety happy with our dates. Because he could not fill the block of 30 persons for the air tickets booking on our dates, he cancel whole block of 30 persons in which our tickets also cancelled and for this he did not take any prior consent. Secondly he is not responding to any of us call. We are not family, we are group of family friends, cousins or cousin's friend. So each and every person who gave money for the trip is asking me to provide money asap, as they may have some need. He hardly and only communicating with messages or e mail. My concern is only that for his un professional attitude and fraudulence why we have to wait for 90 days? If we cancelled the trip from our side then he could be so irresponsible but we never cancelled the trip, when he clearly denied that he could not manage the trip in desire time period then we asked for refund. Now sir please help us to gain back our money which is the amount of 2,63,000/- rs total for air tickets and hotels. When Mr Ron was unable to provide any tour package to us we asked for refund but initially he told that airlines takes 20 days to credit refund so its taking long. But even after waiting for more than a month he told us that its company policy that refund will be credited in 90 days. He never disclosed such policy before. And he blamed us that we purposefully cancelled our trip, which is totally wrong. He actually spoiled our holidays and plan, we were eager to travel and have the tour package. But its his inability to book air tickets and on top of that he lies too much. Never speak us truth, not trustworthy travel company at all. Do needful and ASAP as he and his company are enjoying interest rate out of 2,63,000/-rs.
