I booked three travel tickets via paytm., wrong destination updated in portal

I booked three travel tickets via paytm. but paytm update the wrong information of in their portal after I rechecking with the operator found that the travel is not going to that destination which I decided and that thing is already informed with paytm and their CEO also but they declined to provide the refund amount due to operator denied to provide the same. now, please help me to get the refund amount of Rs 2080 I hope no one face this issue in the future.
