Taken caution amount by vodafone which is unrefundable

Dear sir/ madam
I had taken a postpaid sim connection from vodafone mobile service limited on 9th november 2015 for which i had paid Rs. 250/- for connection. For this connection i had submited my house rent aggrement but they did'not accepted. for which they told i have to submit RS. 500/- as caution deposition which will be rembersible after 3 month. still 7 month over I am unable to get my caution amount. for which i had given complain to vodafone service store for 7 - 8 times. but they are not taking any action & no response also from there side also.This 500 amount also not register on my bill also.

I had taken this sim from Vodafone mini store (aurovile communication, west tambaram).
