Return hasn't processed

I purchased ticket in jan for my grand father and then on April 2nd I received email from airline that my flight has been cancelled and cleartrip wanted me to online and fill the form fore return. Since April 2nd its been more than 40 days they haven't given money back. Looking at their scary reviews on twitter and other forums that they are scammer they will run away with your money and all. I am getting worried now. Can you please have them process return faster.
