1. I have booked ferry ticket of OPEN OCEAN from port blair to HAVELOCK on 17/01/2022, but cancelled the same much before travel date. But still I haven't received my refund. (Ticket amout: 4001, PNR:KUMCJ)
2. I have booked a ferry from ferrybooking.in from havelock to neil on 18/01/2022. Due to covid restriction the timing for the same was changed but not communicated to us (no email, no phonecall). We had suffered a lot there both psychologically and financially. Even the contact number provided by the abovementioned website always outside the coverage area. (In this case I want complete refund. PNR: IBPAAI)
