I have booked tickets from GOIBIBO. it qas refundable. Now suddenly I couldn't fly due to immigration issues. I had asked for refund. Now Indigo has refund that amount to GOIBIBO. but GOIBIBO company is not refunding my amount. Their executive is lingering, makes Fool in calculations. Now they straight away declined For refund. Please help me in to get refund. I have asked fir refund. It's also not done. My booking ID is WN4LVH. DOHA TO MUMBAI Flight of indigo.
