MISGUIDE AND FAKE PROMISES BY SARS HEALTH COMPANY PERSON FOR PURCHASE OF POLICY

Dear concern,
I have been purchased BRONZE PLAN policy from SARS health company on dated 26 June 2016 and made payment from my Hdfc credit card of amount Rs. 3990/- through pay u money. My payment ID is 109601139. and policy id is 478956. Sales executive name is Ms. vanshika and her senior name is Mr. Vishal chodhry .I am continuously following with both of them for my kit and policy papers via mails and phone calls but no proper feedback received till dated . I am fedup with this company and no one responding for phone calls and mails.
It was really a bad experience which harass me a lot.I want my money back and take legal action against Sars Health company. Please take necessary action and resolve the issue.
It is advised to all please don't purchase these product from SARS health company. They are fraud .
