I Wanted To Book Flight Ticket. I Saw Offer Of HDFC bank on Easemytrip.com ,I called CC TWICE & Told him about the offer Shown on there Of 15% Cash back on HDFC of Rs 1000/- on website & ask him how to get this Offer. The CC told me to Use My HDFC card on Any Of the Payment mode & I will Rs 1000/- Cash back in My Wallet, Which Ever i use In My payment Mode, I asked Him if he is sure & they Must not Deny Me After i Booked My Ticket & They Said They Are Absolutely Sure, they Even Told me that i Will get The cash back Within 24 Hours of Booking
I Booked My Ticket. Order Id EMT27976446 from Chandigarh to Dibrugarh.
But Even After 72 hours I Did not Got My Cashback.Now After 72 hours i called the CC & they Denied Me With the cash Back & said that I Have to use only HDFC UPI as payment mode. I told them that i confirmed With the CC before Booking & they said i can Use Any Wallet As payment Gateway. The CC then said that they will check the Audio Recording & Will Reply Me to My Email at 6Pm but They Didn’t. I called them again after two Days & they again said that they will reply me via Email before 6Pm, But Again They Didn't. & today when i called The CC they are Asking Me to Email & saying that The Senior CC is busy & they Can't Connect Call. I request you to please look in this Matter and provide me with The Resolution
