DEAR SIR I ORDERED A 32GB SAMSUNG MEMORY CARD FROM HANGAMASALES.COM BUT THE PRODUCT I GOT IS CORRUPTED MEMORY CARD PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR REPLACEMENT.

    I order a 32gb two memory card from hangamasales.com but they were serve my order a corrupted memory card. So, I want to return the corrupted memory card and refund my money.

    On 18.5.16 I have booked online for 2 nos. 32GB HP V220 Pen Drives on hangamasales.com. My Order No. was HGS53199 and Order date 19.5.16. The Total Price was Rs.670/- with cash on delivery basis. On 23.5.16, the delivery boy delivered my booked material and collected Rs.670/- from me. But while I opened the sealed pack, surprisingly it is seen that there is 2 nos. Pen Drives intact, but both are on 16GB.
    Though I have booked for 32GB Pen Drives, but hangamasales delivered me only 16GB Pen Drives. It is a type of breach of contact. I have already sent a Mail to their mail address contact@hangamasales.com on 24.5.16, but no reply has yet been received. Also I have sent a letter by post on 27/5/16.

    Kindly arrange to change the materials and provide me 32 GB Pen Driver as per my order.
