Bus ticket booking complaint

I had booked bus tickets from Burhanpur to Aurangabad on Hans Travels online website on 22nd June 2022 at 7.40 pm.
I wanted to book for Thursday night 23rd June but made a mistake as thier timings are 1.50 am from Burhanpur. So I should have booked for 24th instead of 23rd. I called thier call center number and spoke to number of people including thier supervisor but they declined to help me. I requested them to change my 4 tickets from 23rd to 24th June as it was a human error and happened just 5 minutes back. They were very arrogant and said nothing can be done and no refunds also.
I had to again book new 4 tickets for 24th June travel.

I lost Rs.2600/- in just 5 minutes due to this error.
I request the authority to help and get my amount refunded from them.
It is a genuine mistake which I accept and happened due to the early morning timings.
