This is to bring you in notice that I had bought Videocon 42” TV in the name of ‘Ravi Srivastava’ and it is under warranty for 5yrs.
But it is not working since 27 Aug 18. I had made a complaint through customer care on 28 Aug 18 ( complaint No. DEL2808180118) .
On 31 Aug , A technician (Saurabh) came to my place and without checking the TV, he charge me 965 Rs as a service charge and with his own assumption he sent some other technician with some TV Part to repair it. When this technician checked the TV he found that mother board was defective and need to replace it and he placed the replacement request.
Now, It’s been more than a month, but not getting any response . I am continuously following up with customer care and Mr Rajesh , Mr Sudhir and Mr Rampal. No one is responding.
Kindly intervene, and get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
