t v under warrenty but not service provided

sir i purchased toshiba led 32" on 25 jan 2015 and company gives 3 year warrenty. In december 2017 some problem issue made in t v i register my complaint on 6 jan 2018 on making call on company's no. 1203870700 my register complaint no. is TIPLSR061I00126 . It is a problem of pannel till today my problem is not sloved. they said they dont have pannel. Please solve my problem as soon as posible

    Booked LG LED smart Tv on 25.09.2017 and received the product on 05.10.2017. The tv was not
    runninig with its all features. called the service engineer in phone no. 9073912172, sri Bijon. he tried
    to solve by phone btu all in vein. so i called customar care and technician visited on 08.01.2018.
    Technician discovered the panel is broken although the TV was in Running condition. Technician
    asked my wife that i have to pay for the broken panel instead of 2 years warrenty on Panel because
    plastic, glass and rubber are not under warrenty. During time to time calling with LG Mr. D Debnath ,
    Area service manager and Sr. Executive Ankit kumar were asked me that they can do nothing. Only I
    have to pay rs 11800/- for new panel and new panel will have warrenty of 3 months. Means my 2
    yars warrenty is gone to hell.
