LG led tv short circuit, On 3rd December my LG led tv suddenly short circuit with a blast sound

On 3rd December my LG led tv suddenly short circuit with a blast sound ,a table cloth which is kept near led was also burn my wife so much scared with that sound and when she reached in room she saw lots of fumes inside the room she called my neighbor , neighbor stop fire and after that she called me when I reached home I m also very scared. If my neighbor will not stop fire it may be convert in horrible situation.... After that I call to LG customer care and inform about whole incidence ,then call center person suggest me to a mail to LG customer service , then I wrote a mail to LG customer care , next day I got reply from LG that local service center resolve your issue and a guy with the name Mr shazad phone num also mentioned in mail after few hours I got a call from LG service center after explain whole incidence service center guy inform me about service charges and other thing .......then I request him that led short circuit happen when it's switched off and it's an product quality issue there is not any kind of voltage fluctuation and other thing happen because my other electronic product like freeze ,fan ,light are working perfectly fine and electric plug panel is also in perfect condition ...........so it's an product quality issue and if fire on large scale may be convert into big issue ............service center guy inform me about service charges ,I have to pay 765 rupees on engineer visit and dissconect my phone.......... After that same thing inform to customer care and also call to Mr shazad Mr shazad phone is connect after 10 min of waiting and again I have explain all those things after listening my issue he told me that he will call back in 10 min ...............but till that time I have not any kind of response from Mr shazad , local service center , and LG service ......

I want to ask from LG people

Is that is your service ????????
Is that is your product quality???????
Is that is your response ?????????
And if any one not available at my home that time then may be fire on large scale .........who will liable for that .............

And short circuit happen due to your product quality issue then why should I pay for that???????????

I m having LG ac two other led tv freeze if that kind of service LG provide and that kind of behavior with customer then I think I will never buy a LG product in future.....

It's a very very painful experience with LG.....

Lg should replace my led
