I have bought hisense tv model 50a71 from amazon on 18th August 2020.But just after 2 months half screen of tv is black out. After several complaint to amazon and Hisense India they played delaying tactics Continuously 3 more months. Ultimately hisense India customer cares and authorised person misbehaved with me and refused to give any claim. Even they blocked me from official Instagram and twitter. I realised that hisense India cheated me. They are simply doing fraud with customer by selling worst quality TV and doing negative review block or delete fraud with customers who are cheated by them. I request honerable court to intervene in this matter and provide me refund of mu hard earned money.
