Dear Concern,
My name is - Amit Kumar Gupta & I am using TCL 40" LED TV.
Last month, I have made you a complaint of TV not working on 24-07-2019 Complaint No. for which was- IN08201937559 & IN08201908109
Engineer visited to my place & tell about the Panell replacement in 3-4 days but after that there isn't any response from their side.
While I am calling to their customer support at 18004190622 they are regularly saying that the problem will be resolved in 2-3 days. Now it's more than 35 days but there isn't any resolution from their side.
Request you to Kindly do the needful at the earliest to resolve this issue.
