After registering a complaint on Sony Bravia 32" Not repaired after 50 days

After registering a complaint on Sony CC on 18/06/2016, the technician came t check the TV and Said "Sir iska Panel Kharab ho gaya we need t change it, After checking the availability of the Panel at our end I'll call you tomorrow to deposit advance" A call came from them the nest day said "Sir panel is available with us please come and deposit 15000 as advance", I went and deposited Rs 8000/- the very next day. The CC Executive Told me "Sir 15 din lagenge, Panel Singapore se mangana padega" I said OK. Then after no one is responding back I've called their toll free number numerous time every time they had the same answer" SIr it's in transit" After a month or so I've tried them once again a customer care executive said "Sir we don't have the panel with us", My irritation made me to explore their line of Service after laborious effort i managed to get the number of Service Head M.P. & C.G. He patiently heard my problem and committed me that sir It will be resolved soon let me check the status and get back to you, He never got back, After many SMS exchange another Sony India Service person had called me and said Sir your case is given to me and I'll get it resolved. He told that Sir till next friday you'll get your TV repaired, I said i need date he said sir 28/07/16. I said OK. On 29th I've called him as usual he did not pick up, Called his boss, he also did not pick up smsed me i'll call you. I smsed him your executive is not responding, After so many sms exchange I could get him on call, He said Sir How about I'll give you a new TV on the repair estimate cost and the difference amount between your TV and a new TV, I was OK with that He said let me write a mail to our management and get the approval will get back to you in two days(till 30/07/16) on 30th he did not call me and did not respond to my calls so as his boss, After along Whatsapp chat with his boss, he called me and said this deal is not approved from my management, We will repair your TV, This time the Day was given to me was friday 05/08/16. on my request he has agreed to provide me a standby TV Till Monday or Tuesday, Monday gone Tuesday Gone Eventually Friday has gone, Devastated me called the service executive he did not pick up, his boss did not pick up, SMSed me message if urgent, I messaged him "You people have failed to fulfil the commitment of friday" to which he replied "The commitment was of 10 and will be fulfilled" After 50 days of my complaint no. 32834007 I am standing helpless with my TV.

I forgot to mention I also wrote 5 mails to them during these 50 days, I only received the response of my first mail, Then after they also stopped responding.

My TV was not that old it was purchased on 01/01/14. Only two years and 5 months. A product of Sony such a big brand works only this much?????

After Sales services of Sony is under Question...

I could name all the employees I am conversing with but I do not want them to get hit by this.
