T.V NOT REAIRED SINCE DECEMBER 2019

Sir I have complained about my L.E.D TV on 25 Dec 2019. I deposited Rs 900 service charge for it to the mechanic comes from service center as they demand. My product is under warranty period.
And after that I called 100 times to customer care and service center but my problem does not resolve.
They said that part is approved by 28 Dec 2019. But does not delivered part to service center by warehouse
this is mentaly torture for me and my family also.
i want an serious and strict action against this company
