We were promised of 25MBPS WI-FI connection speed from Tikona service provider. Its have been 1month now and we are still getting maximum 2-8MBPS speed. Also when we asked to refund our money, they refused to do so even we have not used their internet service.I am frustrated now with their service and want my money back as soon as possible.
