Telecom Services Complaint Date: April 14, 2016
I am using aircel prepaid sim and today music connect service was automatically activated to my number.I tried to contact customer care but IVR response was "You can't contact because your main balance is not sufficient" ,however i have balance in dedicated account.
I also tried to check my last deduction but there was not any ussd for this.
Earlier i have also faced such situation and complained but money was not returned.please inform me what should i do?
